The National Kids Safety Quiz series will be an interactive and comprehensive educational public television series which will help parents or any person responsible in caring for a child, to learn and to recognize when a child may need or require emergency medical services.

This 6 part, 30-minute television series will feature the nation’s top experts in children’s emergency medicine and children’s safety. Topics covered in each show will better guide the television audience in making the right decision when presented with an urgent or emergency situation.

Each 30-minute show will cover today’s most critically important children’s medical emergencies as identified by a some of the top experts in children’s safety and children’s medicine. Each segment will feature interviews with physicians and experts from the children’s safety industry, addressing the most current methods and devices to prevent, evaluate and treat each childhood crisis.

Series Distribution

1. PBS National Airing – Estimated airing and reruns – 150 telecasts. This documentary will be distributed to all pubic television stations in the United States. Based on our last production in 2015-2016 the American Health Journal reached over 106 million viewers and aired in 84% of the top 100 markets. 8 to 12 months duration (source TRAC Media)
2. Facebook – The series will have its own Facebook page and all 6 parts will be available on it
3. YouTube – Series will be uploaded to YouTube after 60 days of the first PBS airing and aired an additional 10 months
4. Videum – Documentary will be placed on Videum 30 days after the first PBS airing for 1 year. Videum of Great Britain is an international healthcare website that translates and distributes healthcare video material to 180 countries worldwide. Videos are translated to the local language before distribution
5. Healthfeed – Documentary will be distributed on Healthfeed Inc. for 1 year with heavy SEO and promotional distribution. Healthfeed distributes healthcare videos to medical and health related websites throughout Europe, Asia and the United States. Healthfeed Founder Mr. Paul Dinsmore is the former VP of Distribution for Sony Pictures
6. PR – PR video campaign to standard entertainment channels and followed down to digital distribution. This campaign would include 3,000 copies to news media outlets
7. Vinyl distribution – Documentary format to DVD for video catalogs and VOD sites
8. Commercial distribution – commercial TV packaging for syndication

Roland Perez is a Veteran television producer and director with over 700 television shows to his credit and is listed in “Pioneers in Television.” After graduating from Hollywood High School he attended USC Film School before going to work at NBC network in Hollywood and Burbank. He also spend 10 years with the Los Angeles Times producing marketing presentations before becoming a broadcast producer. He’s proud to have received over 100 national and international awards for Broadcast Excellence. He currently serves as the Executive Producer for several television shows airing on PBS entitled the “American Health Journal”, “Innovations in Medicine”, “Discoveries in Alternative Medicine” & “Coping.” American Health Journal has reached over 106 million viewers on PBS.

Marianne Gausche-Hill

Marianne Gausche-Hill, MD
Producer

Dr. Gausche-Hill is nationally known for her work as an EMS researcher and educator, and for her leadership in the field of pediatric emergency medicine. Dr. Gausche-Hill has played an integral role in the design and implementation of a number of educational curricula in prehospital care and pediatric emergency medicine. These include: the Pediatric Education for Prehospital Professionals (PEPP) Course, Continuing Education Modules for Basic and Advanced Prehospital Providers, Pediatric Airway Management for the Prehospital Professional, and APLS: The Pediatric Emergency Medicine Resource.

A 17 year veteran of creative internet development and video production. Mr. Garcia has created and developed over 300 websites for national and international clients.

His experience also includes the business development of home healthcare in which he worked with physicians and other medical professionals.

Currently serves as a Content Producer for the American Health Journal which has aired on PBS since 1988.

Luis is in charge of business development and production of the upcoming series National Kids Safety Quiz.
